Wwe announced a new viral program this week that they will be starting. It's known as Stand Up for Wwe. The chairman of the company, Vince McMahon himself had a video up on their website talking about it. He talks about how the company received a lot of negative comment from many media reports that wasn't accurate.
To counter the comment and prove that it was inaccurate, Wwe started this new program so that they can get hold directly from the fans.
You can now start supporting the company on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
Wwe has been criticised in the past, but Vince never countered it in this way. It just goes to show that he was by all means; of course not content with the negative reports that his company was receiving from the media.
The surmise he took it more seriously this time was because politics are involved. Mr. McMahon's wife, Linda McMahon left Wwe a while back to have a run in parliament. With her being the previous Ceo of Wwe, it's incredible that the company will receive a lot more comment than usual. It's one of the few things that other political parties can use against Linda; her history in World Wrestling Entertainment.
As it currently stands, Wwe has already got a lot of hold from their fans and from finding at the current numbers, it seems as if the digits are only going to increase. The company has a very garage fan base to say the least.
It's all the time bad when your company receives negative comments from media outlets. It's categorically understandable why Vince is worrying over this. It'll be enthralling to see where this goes from here.
